My Background

I’m a Social Impact Leader and Project Manager with over a decade of experience managing programs and initiatives focused on broadly expanding access to college, career, and upward economic mobility for marginalized communities.

I currently work as a Social Impact Leader at a Philanthropic Foundation where I’m helping build the next generation of public service leaders from across the nation. I love working with ambitious professionals to help them build their networks, grow professionally, and advance in their careers. I open up a limited amount of hours each week for Network Strategy Advising sessions, either on a one-off basis or longer term.

As Founder of the LEVELUP in NYC I help hundreds of young professionals build their networks, gain access to professional development opportunities, and advance in their careers.

As a former College Planning Manager with the NYC Department of Education, I managed NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio’s College Access for All Middle School initiative, a $13 Million project which served 500+ NYC public middle schools, impacted 70,000+ students, making it the largest citywide K-12 middle school college access initiative in the country at the time.

Before all that, I worked at the intersection of Higher Education management and Community Outreach at University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. My passion is connecting people to opportunities and resources that will help them level up in life, love, and career.
